Frigidaire Side-by-Side Refrigerators with Slim Ice Buckets Recalled (2024)
Recall Overview
On February 8, 2024, Electrolux Group recalled certain Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerators manufactured between 2015 and 2019. Electrolux received 343 reports of plastic pieces breaking off, including two injuries.
The affected refrigerators were sold at Lowe’s, Home Depot and other stores from November 2015 through September 2019 for between $1,400 and $2,400. Consumers were advised to contact Electrolux at 888-377-7563 for a free replacement ice bucket assembly.
